We\'re seeking a SIGINT Systems Architect a technical visionary and hands-on leader to define next-generation architectures across SATCOM, COMINT, Direction Finding (DF), and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.

What You'll Do:
Architect and lead complex RF and signal processing systems for domestic and international SIGINT markets.
Define and document CONOPS, system architectures, requirements, and test/validation plans.
Conduct trade studies to evaluate emerging technologies supporting SIGINT, COMINT, DF, and EW solutions.
Drive end-to-end system development from concept through delivery ensuring mission readiness and technical excellence.
Partner with Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD customers to align capabilities, investments, and long-term strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that exceed performance, cost, and schedule expectations.
Represent system offerings to global customers through technical briefings and white papers.
What You Bring:
Bachelor\'s degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
10+ years of experience in SIGINT, COMINT, DF, or EW systems.
Deep technical expertise in RF signal processing, SATCOM analysis, and communications signal characterization.
Proven leadership across full systems development lifecycle architecture, design, integration, and validation.
Experience with Agile methodologies and fast-paced engineering environments.
Ability to obtain or maintain a Top Secret / SCI clearance.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills including the ability to brief senior intelligence leaders.
Preferred Experience:
Master of Science in Electrical or Systems Engineering (MSEE preferred).
Familiarity with L, C, and K spectrum communications and modern RF component selection.
Strong understanding of the global SIGINT and EW marketplace, including key IC and DoD stakeholders.
Ability to lead teams and projects autonomously with strategic and tactical insight.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
