We’re tackling one of the most overlooked yet mission‑critical challenges in business today: the phone. Our AI‑powered solutions help companies unlock revenue, improve customer experience, and drive operational excellence — and we’re looking for a dynamic VP of Sales to lead the charge.

Our sales teams are trusted advisors to some of the most influential automotive businesses in the country. They bring deep industry insight and a clear understanding of how our client’s AI solutions drive measurable value — from boosting revenue to streamlining operations. By showcasing the innovative power of our technology, they help clients become more productive, transparent, and efficient.

As VP of Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind this high‑impact team. You’ll lead with vision, crafting and executing strategic sales plans that fuel company growth. You’ll inspire and empower your team to exceed ambitious targets, while continuously optimizing pricing strategies through market research and competitive analysis.

Your leadership will be both tactical and strategic — from setting pricing that aligns with customer budgets and maximizes profitability, to presenting performance insights to the executive team and refining strategies based on their feedback. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and results.

Strategic Leadership:

Design and execute bold sales strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.

Executive Collaboration:

Communicate progress and insights to the C‑suite, influencing company‑wide decisions.

Client Partnerships:

Build lasting relationships with key customers, deeply understanding their goals and delivering tailored solutions.

Industry Expertise:

Stay ahead of trends in automotive, healthcare, and tech to position our client as a trusted advisor.

Team Empowerment:

Recruit, develop, and lead a world‑class sales team with a culture of excellence and accountability.

Operational Excellence:

Implement systems, forecasting tools, and infrastructure to scale sales performance.

Cross‑Functional Impact:

Partner with marketing to amplify reach and with product to refine offerings based on client feedback.

Who You Are:

A proven sales leader with a track record of driving growth, preferably in automotive or software sales.

Experienced in building relationships with dealership owners, GMs, and marketing leaders.

A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

A natural motivator who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and driven by results.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making.

Salary: $200,000‑$230,000 | OTE: $400,000‑$460,000 with immediate PTO
