As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide physical therapy to children ages 3-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through: Providing
individualized and group therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as
Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily
with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary : $65,000-85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage
