Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Administrative Assistant based in St. Charles, MO. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks including providing administrative support, managing phone communications, and handling clerical duties. The role also entails assisting executives with administrative tasks. While the primary location is in St. Charles, MO, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Competency in Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience with office software (e.g., MS Office) is a plus
