Overview

Williams Buick GMC is looking for a Service BDC Receptionist for our team.

This is an in person position.

Responsibilities

As the Service BDC Receptionist, you are responsible for answering incoming phone calls, completing incoming leads as directed, scanning in documents to the system, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Schedule

• Monday 7:30AM-4:30PM
• Tuesday 7:30AM-4:30PM
• Thursday Off
• Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
• Saturday 8:00AM-4:00PM
• Sunday Closed

Required Experience

Previous work in customer service is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who shows up every day and gets the job done. If the phones aren\'t ringing, there are plenty of other tasks to keep busy with. Experience with Microsoft/Google programs is a plus.
