Base pay range
$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr
This role plays a key part in supporting operations through expert troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems and automated equipment and ensuring the reliability and performance of production systems, working closely with management and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electro‑mechanical systems with minimal supervision
Support installation and startup of new equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on automated material handling systems
Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and 480V electrical systems
Interpret technical documents including blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure equipment uptime and safety
Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout, and GMP's
Qualifications
School Diploma or GED required
8+ years of industrial electrical experience
3+ years of PLC programming experience (RSLogix 500, Studio 5000)
Proficient with FactoryTalk View Studio, VFDs, HMIs, analog sensors, and 480V systems
Strong skills in electrical control wiring and panel assembly
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
