Position Overview Due to continued growth in the Nashville market, my client is seeking a Lead or Senior Project Manager to oversee one large or multiple mid‑sized commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading complex builds across diverse markets such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, and Municipal Developments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure collaborative project success.
Drive proactive planning and risk management in alignment with the company’s process‑focused delivery model.
Champion safety and quality initiatives across all stages of construction.
Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to continuous improvement within project operations.
Support bid preparation, cost control, and project presentations as required.
Qualifications
5–10+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Experience across multiple commercial sectors preferred.
