Manage complex enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. Lead implementation of UKG Pro WFM by coordinating internal teams, vendors, and system integrators. Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, budgets, and resource allocations for assigned initiatives. Present project updates to executive stakeholders and ensure clear communication across departments. Identify and mitigate risks, manage change control, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. What Gets You the Job

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related technical field (Master\'s ). 5+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale business or clinical application implementations. Proven success managing vendors, third-party integrators, and cross-functional teams within healthcare environments. Strong communication, executive presentation, and risk management skills, with experience in PMO methodologies. Experience leading
