Job Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales engineering support, including network design and technical training

Develop and execute territory account plans based on industry trends and business economics

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, differentiating RUCKUS solutions

Collaborate with Territory and/or Partner Account Managers to drive revenue and meet quota goals

Conduct technical demos, architectural designs, and proof of concept trials for various audiences

Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 5 years of pre-sales or equivalent experience with routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies

Professional or associate-level networking industry certification such as CCNA, JNCIA, or related

Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical problems

Highly effective technical presentation abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient understanding of pre-sales engineering and technical sales processes

Ability to communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences, including executive decision-makers

Advanced knowledge of networking technologies, including Wi-Fi evolution and RF design

Familiarity with wi-fi design tools such as Ekahau and Hamina

Understanding of cloud services and WLAN security
