As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and implement ADP's technologies to ensure long-term success. Your work will impact clients\' employees day-to-day lives, from paychecks to health benefits and beyond. You will spend your day ensuring clients are comfortable using ADP\'s products and services. Each day, you will partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; and guide clients toward the best solution for their needs. Responsibilities Onboard Clients. Create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and help clients develop skills and confidence to use our products through relationship-building. Implement ADP Technologies. Consult with clients, analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution and incorporate new processes and tools when implementing the solution. Partner Internally. Collaborate with ADP sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise. Multi-Task – Communicate. Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams. Organize. Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls; note that daily phone time may increase during peak seasons. To Succeed In This Role
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma Basic project management skills Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons A college degree is not required; relevant experience could include military experience Experience noted above OR Military Experience.
