9 month Sanofi’s contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Quality Inspector I for a 9‑month contract with the potential to extend. Key responsibilities may change over time in accordance with business needs. This position is responsible for effectively coordinating documentation and samples received in the Quality Control (QC) laboratory in accordance with SOPs. Responsibilities
Data entry and filing of laboratory documentation Request, maintain, and return logbooks used in Quality Control Sample Management Perform sample receipt and sample disposal in the QC laboratory Coordinate distribution of samples to other laboratories Order laboratory supplies Manage laboratory reserve samples Clean and store laboratory glassware Compliance And Quality Responsibilities
Demonstrate an understanding of cGMPs and how they apply to assigned responsibilities Follow accurate oral and written procedures for maintenance of laboratory systems, documentation, and samples Ensure laboratory data and samples are effectively maintained Update laboratory databases and track completion of functions required by the QC laboratory Work independently under general supervision and direction Perform duties in compliance with cGMPs Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines Requirements
Must Have
0–3 years of experience (internship experience accepted) Minimum education: High School Diploma (higher degree such as a BS accepted) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Preferred
Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; this is a front‑facing role interacting with multiple departments Strong customer service orientation Additional Information
Demonstrated ability to apply requisite skills to perform required tasks Receives general instructions on routine assignments under general supervision Receives detailed instructions on new work, which may be closely supervised and reviewed The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Job has potential for biohazard exposure
