Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while managing production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams. You will drive operational excellence, implement process improvements, and align plant performance with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, aligning daily activities with company goals.
Oversee and support production, logistics, maintenance, and quality teams, ensuring collaboration across departments.
Drive a culture of safety by enforcing policies, conducting inspections, and leading regular safety meetings.
Monitor operational performance, analyze production data, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Partner with the supply chain team to ensure adequate inventory and on‑time material availability.
Collaborate with engineering and leadership to align plant output with business and customer needs.
Develop plant budgets and monitor expenditures to maintain cost control.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations to senior leadership regarding plant performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management or operations leadership.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and operational performance effectively.
