How You'll Make An Impact The Technical Training Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics) plays a pivotal role in empowering business end‑users to effectively utilize the customized Dynamics system. This position focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating comprehensive training to diverse end‑user groups, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills required for successful adoption.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, update and deliver training courses and materials focused on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of off‑the‑shelf and customized end‑user system application.
Apply foundational knowledge of IT software and systems to design curriculum and content, selecting delivery mechanisms and conducting training.
Develop training documentation using a variety of delivery mediums.
Prepare, deliver and monitor status reports for evaluating training and adoption progress.
Develop and execute communication strategies to keep new and existing end‑users informed about updates, best practices and new releases.
Design training curricula and content to support ongoing learning and troubleshooting.
Support the end user community in resolving support tickets and working through system‑related issues.
Work closely with technical training specialists, developers and business analysts to gather and validate business requirements and conduct system tests.
Other duties as assigned.
About You
Superior presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or related field.
4 years of related experience, including project support.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in insurance or financial services.
Formal project management training or certification.
Experience training on Microsoft Dynamics.
Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including experience, education, pay market, and specialized skill set. In addition, we offer a wide range of benefits.
