Position Overview The HVAC Installation Manager / Field Supervisor oversees all residential installation operations—ensuring every system is installed safely, efficiently, and to Anchor’s quality standards. This role blends leadership, project management, and technical expertise to keep our install crews running smoothly and our customers thrilled with the results. You’ll coordinate daily install schedules, manage field teams, train installers, and maintain accountability for workmanship, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and motivate installation technicians and apprentices.

Set clear expectations for performance, professionalism, and safety.

Conduct ride-alongs, jobsite audits, and weekly team meetings.

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing skill development.

Project Management & Scheduling

Coordinate installation schedules with dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams.

Review sold jobs for completeness, accuracy, and readiness before scheduling.

Ensure materials and equipment are ordered, staged, and delivered on time.

Maintain communication with homeowners and sales team on job progress.

Quality Control & Safety

Verify all installations meet or exceed manufacturer and code requirements.

Perform jobsite inspections and final quality checks.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policy.

Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical support to field crews.

Administrative & Reporting

Track job costs, timecards, and production metrics.

Manage warranty claims or installation callbacks with accountability.

Collaborate with management to create and improve standard operating procedures.

Participate in weekly leadership and production meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.

2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and duct design.

EPA Certification required; NATE certification preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
