Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and forecasts for projects.
Analyze project budgets and expenditures to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial compliance.
Generate regular reports on project cost performance and variances.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Support contract negotiations and manage procurement processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in cost engineering or cost management.
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Preferred Skills
Certification in cost management (e.g., CCP, DRMP).
Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
