EOSOL
At EOSOL we are looking for an Electro/Mechanical Supervisor to supervise, coordinate, and control all electrical and mechanical works on site, ensuring they are carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules, while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
Technical Supervision
Oversee installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
Supervise cable routing, wiring, terminations, motors, pumps, HVAC, piping, and rotating equipment installation.
Ensure all works comply with technical drawings, standards, and project procedures.
Review and interpret schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), P&IDs, and mechanical layouts.
Verify alignment, calibration, and functionality of mechanical and electrical systems.
Quality Control
Ensure materials and equipment meet approved specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections and functional tests before handover to the client.
Identify and report nonconformities or technical deviations, proposing corrective actions.
Maintain quality documentation, including inspection checklists and test reports.
Safety and Environmental Compliance
Enforce HSE policies and safe work practices during all field activities.
Ensure personnel use appropriate PPE and follow lockout/tagout and permit-to-work systems.
Report and stop any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
Support incident investigations and implement corrective measures.
Planning and Coordination
Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings with construction, engineering, and HSE teams.
Coordinate activities between electrical, mechanical, civil, and instrumentation disciplines.
Monitor progress, productivity, and manpower allocation to meet project deadlines.
Manage the procurement and availability of tools, materials, and consumables required for the work.
Documentation and Reporting
Keep up-to-date daily progress reports, inspection records, and As-Built documentation.
Report to management on project progress, technical issues, and resource needs.
Support the commissioning and handover documentation process.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or related field).
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years in supervision of electrical and mechanical works in construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.
Technical Knowledge:
Electrical systems (motors, panels, power distribution, grounding, instrumentation).
Mechanical systems (piping, pumps, compressors, rotating equipment).
Relevant standards: IEC, NEC, ASME, API, and related safety codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and standard office tools.
Certifications (preferred):
HSE Supervisor Training, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space Entry.
Commissioning or QA/QC certification.
