Role We’re looking for a high‑performing Enterprise Account Executive who will own and expand enterprise sales across the NYC Metro region, targeting mid to very large enterprise organizations.

The Opportunity

Own your region: develop and execute a strategy delivering a 4x pipeline relative to quota.

Drive measurable outcomes: operate with urgency, accountability, and a focus on activity and conversion metrics.

Build partnerships: establish and nurture strong relationships with security/IT vendors, channel partners, and alliance ecosystems.

Execute with precision: use value‑based selling methodologies (MEDDPIC or similar) to align customer business outcomes with CyCognito’s value.

Maintain operational excellence: ensure Salesforce and Clari hygiene, provide insightful updates, and deliver quarterly and monthly territory reviews with clear strategic rationale.

Minimum Qualifications

3‑7+ years of successful enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience and consistent quota attainment.

Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals within large enterprises.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT and security environments, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, SIEM, CMDB, Active Directory, firewalls, cloud platforms, and SaaS.

Demonstrated ability to build and execute regional GTM strategies with internal and external teams.

Located in the NYC Metro area.

Preferred Qualifications

Expert‑level negotiation and value‑based deal execution skills.

Self‑starter with exceptional discipline in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth cybersecurity environment.

Maintain total customer retention by securing renewals.

Willingness to travel (≈50% regionally; 5–10% nationally for conferences).
