What to Expect

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned Account Executives (AEs)

Conduct outreach to community qualified leads and engage with the Crossplane community

Research and identify target personas at major companies to generate new sales opportunities

Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to qualify potential new customers

Report on progress across key metrics and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities

What is Required

2-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), demand generation specialist, or in a related field

Proven success in sourcing, qualifying, and driving new sales pipeline

Strong comfort level in a technical environment, with open source, cloud, or infrastructure experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

How to Stand Out

Familiarity with Crossplane and/or Upbound

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure or consumption-based billing models

Previous work experience at a Series A, B, or C startup
