Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting Generate internal revenue forecasts and campaign financial reports Analyze budget vs. actuals and provide actionable insights Manage media spend tracking and reconciliation with the paid media team Lead monthly credit card reconciliation and expense compliance Drive the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations Review accounts payable and assist with AR collections Maintain weekly cash flow forecasts and perform bank reconciliations Support process improvements and internal control initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including reviewing and guiding the work of others Experience in a marketing agency or professional services environment a plus Experience with campaign/project profitability reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or similar ERP systems) Power BI experience a plus About mdg and Equity
