Responsibilities Managers ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. They provide leadership to crew during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
They monitor performance, maintain standards, oversee safety and security, manage profitability, and communicate with the Shift Manager to prepare for smooth operations. Area Managers may also meet targets during their shifts and help their departments achieve goals.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast-paced work.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
