A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to push, pull and life a moderate amount of weight Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language Previous Rooms Division experience in a managerial role preferred Able to efficiently and effectively handle stressful situations and guest concerns/complaints Front Office experience extremely helpful Work authorization for this location is required
