Supervisor – Operations Swing

Base Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year.

Position Summary The Operations Supervisor oversees a production line, managing multiple priorities to drive product quality, timely delivery, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with industrial, food safety, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational process efficiency and recommend improvements.
Research cost‑reduction methods and implement best practices.
Supervise, train, and coach employees.
Minimize waste, cost, and ensure safety and quality conformance.
Maintain adherence to company SOPs.
Track daily attendance and enforce compliance.
Ensure production schedules are met; adapt to changes.
Set direction for manufacturing goals and safety practices.
Manage material availability for open work orders.
Monitor and report overtime use.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent manufacturing experience; 3+ years of production/manufacturing supervision.
Hands‑on experience implementing operational processes.
Knowledge of operational principles and policies.
Demonstrated ability to direct, coach, and train associates.
Skills and Competencies
Proficient with NAV or similar operational software.
Strong communication skills; fluent in English for record keeping.
Multi‑tasking and prioritization under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and meticulous organization.
Team player, self‑motivated, and structured approach.
Ability to learn new software and processes.
Certifications / Licenses
Confined Space/Rescue Team training or willing to obtain.
Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide Regulations) or willing to obtain.
HACCP Certification or willing to obtain.
Working Conditions
Must work on feet 8 hours daily; involve bending, reaching, climbing.
Willingness to cross‑over to other departments or facilities as needed.
