The Opportunity Step into a high‑impact role where you’ll help lead the Patient Safety & Risk Management Program for an acute care hospital. You’ll collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to build a culture of safety, reduce risk, and strengthen care delivery across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Support and co‑lead the hospital’s Risk Management & Patient Safety initiatives
Help drive compliance, regulatory readiness, and accreditation standards
Investigate and track safety events, trends, and risk‑related issues
Provide guidance to clinical teams to improve patient safety outcomes
Partner with leadership to implement policies that align with best practices
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
1–3 years of Risk Management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (required)
CPHRM certification (preferred)
Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
