Position Overview We are seeking to hire a Senior Functional Analyst for a remote role to perform an analysis of the Client’s Oracle PeopleSoft Financials & HRMS current-configuration state (“as‑is”), which includes business processes as well as other system components, including integrations.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree and ability to pass a government background check.
At least 10 years’ experience in supporting enterprise ERP and HRMS systems, including hands‑on knowledge of modules such as General Ledger, Accounts, Purchasing, etc.
Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, business requirements, system configurations, and user manuals.
Capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience in capturing, mapping, and analyzing business processes as practiced within Financial & HRMS systems.
Ability to document workflows, pain points, integrations, and potential gaps in business processes, especially with a view toward system replacement.
Excellent communication skills for working directly with SMEs, stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams. Capable of leading interviews, conducting workshops, and consolidating varied inputs into standardized, actionable documentation.
Proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools (e.g., MS Visio, Word, Excel).
Strong technical background, including proficiency in SQL and Oracle database technologies.
Experience with documentation and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, BI Publisher, and Adobe Suite.
Preferred Skills Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft Financials & HRMS suite of software.
