We are seeking a full-time, non‑tenure track
Autopsy Pathologist
to serve as Director of the Autopsy Service at Emory University Hospital and Emory University Hospital Midtown, a large academic medical center serving the metro‑Atlanta area.
Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine The Division is part of Emory University School of Medicine and offers a large AP/CP residency, 12 accredited subspecialty fellowships, and close ties to the NCI‑designated Winship Cancer Center. The annual autopsy volume is approximately 150 cases, encompassing a wide variety of adult and pediatric cases.
Qualifications • Hold an MD, MD/PhD, or DO degree and be board eligible or certified in Anatomic Pathology. Must be eligible for medical licensure in Georgia.
• Additional expertise or fellowship training in a surgical pathology subspecialty is desirable, particularly perinatal or cardiothoracic pathology.
• Compensation and faculty rank commensurate with qualifications.
