Role Description
The Experience Manager is an onsite full-time, hospitality-driven professional responsible for managing the daily operations, marketing, and activation of amenity spaces across a campus of office and retail. This individual serves as the face of the property experience—creating a warm, engaging, and high-touch environment that enhances tenant satisfaction, strengthens community, and supports leasing and marketing objectives. The role blends luxury hospitality standards with the operational and relational depth of commercial real estate—ensuring every interaction and space reflects pride, attentiveness, and excellence. Responsibilities
Amenity Management
Oversee daily operations of all amenity spaces, ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and ready for tenant use. Coordinate with building management, janitorial, security, and dock teams to ensure seamless property operations. Activate amenity areas through creative programming and daily engagement to drive tenant foot traffic. Manage amenity space reservations, contracts, waivers, and payment processing. Develop and maintain marketing materials promoting amenities, services, and usage guidelines. Conference Center: catering coordination, A/V support, restaurant reservations, and vendor assistance. Fitness Center: class scheduling, wellness service coordination, and membership support. Traditional Concierge Services: local recommendations, reservations, and tenant support. Tenant Engagement and Events
Manage and track the tenant engagement budget. Develop and present creative ideas for events, activations, and seasonal programs. Plan and execute tenant events including vendor coordination, décor, logistics, and day‑of support. Manage COIs, dock scheduling, visitor registration, and vendor contracts. Collaborate closely with property management and leasing teams to align engagement with building strategy and community goals. Marketing and Communications
Manage all marketing and communication initiatives for tenant engagement and amenity promotion. Design and distribute printed and digital collateral (flyers, posters, digital screens, etc.). Launch and maintain social media accounts highlighting property programming, amenities, and lifestyle experiences. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive awareness and participation. Develop materials to increase tenant awareness of engagement channels and upcoming events. Recommend new tools or platforms to enhance communication and visibility. Team Collaboration and Property Support
Operate within an “all-hands-on-deck” culture—partnering with security, janitorial, and engineering teams to ensure readiness and issue resolution. Serve as an onsite brand ambassador, embodying hospitality, professionalism, and property pride. Support leasing and marketing tours by preparing amenity spaces, greeting guests, and showcasing the property experience. Provide operational and administrative support as needed to ensure a seamless tenant and visitor experience. Qualifications
5+ years of hospitality, event management, or tenant experience management in luxury, commercial real estate, or hotel settings. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (Instagram, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.). Experience in event planning, marketing, or brand activation preferred. Enthusiastic, service-oriented, and highly collaborative personality.
