Base pay range $91,400.00/yr - $119,925.00/yr

We are looking for a Telecommunications Project Lead who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with clients in the Data Center market.

As a Telecommunications Project Lead, you’ll provide technical design leadership of systems for data center buildings, including structured cabling, wireless, audio visual, and other low voltage systems. You may work on multiple concurrent projects and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time.

Responsibilities

Leading the BIM designers in preparation of engineering drawings.

Creating or modifying DIV 27 specifications.

Conducting site visits.

Reviewing technical documents.

Managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinating with other disciplines, project managers, and clients.

Qualifications

Technical or associate’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum 4 years’ experience actively designing or leading designs for Telecommunications structured cabling systems.

Thorough knowledge of ANSI/TIA and BICSI standards.

Thorough knowledge of NFPA 70 and its application to telecommunications structured cabling systems.

Familiarity working with Navisworks.

Excellent project management skills.

Experience responding to RFPs.

Experience creating a budget for a project.

Experience creating and maintaining a project schedule.

Experience identifying and mitigating company risk.

Credential as an RCDD or ability to attain it within one year of being hired.

Preferred

Experience working on other low voltage systems (security, audio/visual, wireless).

Electrical Engineering degree or related discipline.
