Job Description We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisor to join the Equinox team at our Franklin Street location. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)
Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox
Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products
Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies
Comprehend all communication and training materials; assist Shop MOD with timely/accurate completion of assigned operational tasks
Assist Shop MOD to ensure The Shop reflects company brand standards through merchandising, marketing, and dress code adherence
Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps, and in stockrooms
Build effective relationships and partnerships with employees, supervisors, and clients
Maintain knowledge of happenings and general standards in other departments to encourage camaraderie and team spirit
Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures; support company initiatives
Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy
Qualifications
The ability to take direction
Experience working in retail
Hardworking and diligent, possessing honesty and personal integrity
Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the business
Essential Physical Requirements
Standing, sitting, and walking
Squatting, bending, and reaching
