Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA (On‑site)

Role Description As an Assistant Operations Manager at DDIC (Design, Development, Interior Design and Construction), you will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations. Your role will involve managing staff, coordinating logistics, implementing operational procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all projects for external and internal clients, including preparing and managing project proposals, contracts, and invoices.
Track and handle client payments; ensure accurate and timely record‑keeping.
Maintain strong client relationships and high levels of satisfaction through efficient, responsive operations.
Conduct weekly client meetings to review project progress and address issues.
Assist the Purchasing Department and maintain records of construction materials.
Monitor the department’s email inbox and process consultants’ payments.
Assist in purchasing office supplies and managing departmental budgets.
Support insurance, bonds, and related operational matters.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Analyze operational performance data and recommend improvements.
Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and scheduling activities.
Assist with hiring processes and job postings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate operations, property management, or a similar role.
Mandarin‑speaking skills preferred.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
