KPMG is seeking a Specialist Director, Contracts Management, to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Managed Services Contract Management team across all solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices Lead a team of contract professionals responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts for assigned MS Solutions, coordinating activities across KPMG functions (business teams, Finance, Risk management, OGC, and more) Liaise with key stakeholders across Sales, Solution Management, and Delivery to ensure contracts are produced timely and in compliance with Firm standards; uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment Collaborate with the Market Growth Team to ensure proper setup of opportunities and advance Sentinels ahead of contracting Maintain a database synthesizing contract terms across active engagements; support CSMs and the Market Growth Team to drive renewals and ensure firm compliance requirements (including Sentinels, CEACs, and related items) on contract amendments and renewals Work with Risk Management and OGC to update contract templates and processes in line with evolving requirements and advances in contracting terms; collaborate with Solution Leads on new solutions to refine client contracting templates Qualifications

Minimum eight years of recent experience in a consultative services organization; management experience preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university Proven track record of leading successful contracting teams, with a focus on managed services Strong contract negotiation skills with internal stakeholders (Risk, OGC, Finance) and external clients; strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking Proactive program management skills with the ability to drive the contracting process and communicate effectively across all levels Ability to multi-task at a high level with strong organizational skills; problem-solving and leadership abilities Ability to travel as necessary Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available Employment details
