Base pay range
$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr We are seeking a skilled
Product Integrity Engineer
with 8+ years of experience in
apparel quality, production, or product development . The ideal candidate will have strong
project management ,
manufacturing partner collaboration , and
data-driven decision-making
skills. Knowledge of
apparel construction
is required. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of
apparel quality engineers
to align with business objectives. Oversee
non-conformance investigations
and implement
Apparel Product Integrity procedures . Deliver
quantitative and qualitative feedback
to stakeholders for
quality improvements . Develop
metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports
for actionable insights. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams , including product, design, manufacturing, and marketplace operations. Drive
issue management strategy , root cause analysis, and
corrective action plans . Support
continuous improvement
and uphold
quality standards
across the supply chain. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Quality Management, or related field . 8+ years of experience in
apparel quality, production, or product development . Experience with
international manufacturing partners . Strong
project management
and
stakeholder communication
skills. Proficiency in
Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheets, JIRA, or Asana . Knowledge of
apparel construction . Preferred Skills
Six Sigma
or
Lean
certification. PMP, CSEP, or Supply Chain
certifications. Strong
written and verbal communication ,
adaptability , and
