Overview
IST Management is seeking an Office Services Site Manager to join our St. Louis area team! The Office Services Site Manager is responsible for providing on‑site management to support our facilities operation in Print/Scan/Mail/Hospitality and Office Service functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Site Management experience in a corporate office environment and managing a team of 12+ employees. Manager must have strong leadership skills, be able to lead a diverse team of employees and deliver a high level of customer end‑user services while using critical and analytical skills to provide practical solutions. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Benefits Include

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Schedule
Must have a flexible schedule to work early and late shifts. Overall hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities
Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients with excellent use of business etiquette and critical thinking skills. Hospitality services: Conference‑room management (setting up/breaking down for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables/chairs, assisting with catering orders, and other related tasks as needed). Mail/Copy/Print Center – Ability to manage workflow and direct team in best practices, utilizing current technology to improve workflow. Provide viable recommendations on industry trends and solutions to increase operational efficiency. Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from senior management and maintain communication with full participation in all scheduled meetings. Participate in cross‑training and develop plans for the execution of cross‑training of team members. Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail. Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Ideal candidates possess excellent communication abilities, can confidently interact with clients and visitors, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous management experience in a legal environment is a plus. Prior Office/Corporate/Facility Management experience. Microsoft Office proficiency required. High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively lead a team; willingness to cross‑train for other job functions and must be a working manager. Ability to meet employer's attendance policy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
