Sales Development Manager
to lead and scale our growing SDR function.
What You’ll Be Doing As part of our ambitious U.S. sales team, you’ll take full ownership of the Sales Development function—empowering your team to generate quality opportunities and setting the tone for how we engage with prospects across the region.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6–10 SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets
Own team performance metrics and report on results to senior leadership
Drive SDR effectiveness through 1:1 coaching, call shadowing, and real‑time feedback
Oversee onboarding, ramping, and ongoing development of SDR talent
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimise lead flow, handover, and conversion
Design and refine outbound cadences, messaging, and outreach strategies for scale
Use CRM and dashboards to track, analyse, and continuously improve performance
Foster a high‑performance, team‑first culture that reflects Eftsure’s values
You’re a strong match if you have
A strong track record as an SDR/BDR with consistent overachievement (120%+ over multiple quarters)
Experience mentoring peers, leading team initiatives, or managing SDRs directly
Excellent communication skills—comfortable giving and receiving feedback with empathy and curiosity
Strong business acumen and understanding of ICPs, qualification criteria, and sales funnels
A data‑driven mindset and confidence in using insights to drive performance
The drive to build something new and thrive in a fast‑scaling, startup‑like environment
Location & Hours This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Dallas office (3 days per week in‑office). Occasional evening work will be required to collaborate with our Australia‑based teams.
