Lead and develop a diverse team of test engineers and technicians. Plan and execute complex testing activities in collaboration with customers. Manage test equipment maintenance, upgrades, and performance. Analyze test data and generate reports to support decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs. Oversee failure analysis and implement corrective actions. Maintain a safe and compliant testing environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your background
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field. 5+ years of experience in testing operations or quality management in manufacturing. Deep knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 standards. Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools. Proven leadership in team development and performance management.
