Position Summary Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitioner) to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position to support our urgent care clinics. Providers at Indigo are passionate about modernizing medicine by making it simpler, friendlier, and more accessible for all. Schedule & Compensation

Full time: 14 shifts per month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, part of Indigo’s market‑leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Typical shift: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Clinics open 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Schedule may vary for float pool team members; same‑day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances or callouts require providers to fill in.

Responsibilities

Provide urgent care services across all ages, including suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and X‑ray reads.

Practice autonomously while maintaining high standards of care.

Lead and mentor fellow providers as desired.

Participate in quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.

Requirements

Washington license (active and in good standing) by the time of employment.

DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.

Current BLS certification for healthcare providers by the American Heart Association.

Minimum two years of clinical experience post‑degree in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine.
