Yellowstone Club is a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana, offering ski and golf experiences. The Human Resources department seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the face of HR, providing assistance with HR processes, onboarding, administrative support, file maintenance, employee housing program, and assigned projects. Major Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding guest service; greet and acknowledge every Member and guest, maintain service standards, product knowledge and all other components of guest service. Display hospitality and professionalism to guests at all times, represent Yellowstone Club professionally, ensure transactions handled legally and ethically. Understand and apply property safety and security procedures; maintain a secure environment; in emergencies seek medical attention and contact GM or HR. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster a positive environment. Essential Job Functions
Address issues raised by current employees and new hires. Organize and schedule orientations for new employees. Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions. File papers and documents into appropriate employee files. Prepare bus and property/parking access passes. Overall responsibility of the Ski Pass Program. Assist and prepare correspondence; process external and inter-office mail. Takes ownership of the employee communication system, club-wide; keeps it current, relevant and timely. Other Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with club policies, procedures, and service standards. Meet departmental productivity, organization and consistency standards. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude. Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co‑workers with professionalism and respect. Maintain privacy of Members at all times. Maintain a clean and neat appearance. Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors. Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner. Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests. Coordinate seasonal activities such as blood drives and flu shot clinics. Order office supplies and maintain office cleanliness and organization. Maintain the RFID card system, create employee key cards, and order key cards. Maintain driver’s license master list of drivers for all departments on an ongoing basis; must be complete each July for insurance purposes. Work flexible hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays; long hours may be required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Experience / Education Preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Hiring Process. Certificates & Licenses
Valid Driver’s License. Computer Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Language Ability
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co‑workers, vendors and other departments. Able to write clearly and legibly. Math Ability
Able to perform basic math calculations. Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve basic problems and know when to seek manager assistance. Work Environment
Works in a climate-controlled environment; may work outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, snow or inclement weather as required. Physical Demands
Walk and work with hands, lift up to 20 lbs, talk/hear, use vision for reading, analyzing data, operating computer. Sit for several hours at a time. Receipt and Acknowledgment
