Description
A Victoria’s Secret & Co Customer Experience Lead is a values‑based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top‑line sales. The role reports to either the Store Manager or the Customer Experience Manager, depending on store volume.
Primary Responsibility
The Lead is primarily responsible for driving and growing top‑line sales by selling, leading and directing associates on the sales floor, and coaching associates in the moment. The Lead also supports operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability, and acts as a front‑line supervisor assigning work and providing direction to non‑supervisory associates.
All Store Leadership Team Responsibilities
Leading and demonstrating company values within the store.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences as Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
Conducting associate observations and coaching.
Understanding all associate roles and ensuring every role serves the team and the customer.
Linking results to behaviors and actions to drive top‑line sales.
Managing labor hours independently to drive sales and profit.
Maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the brand through visual merchandising standards.
Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless communication and execution of required actions.
Demonstrating and enforcing company policy and procedures.
Handling additional duties such as floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
Minimum Salary : $19.25
Maximum Salary : $24.00
Qualifications
Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand.
Excellent merchandising skills.
Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate, deliberate action to achieve results.
Self‑awareness with a commitment to seeking feedback for improvement.
Ability to monitor and track progress, incorporating feedback into decision‑making.
Experience influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings to get things done.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
Capacity to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
Preferred: one year of retail experience.
Preferred: experience directing others in job duties.
