This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Sheboygan, WI. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions, and providing training and education to parents and caregivers. The BCBA will also collect and analyze data to track client progress and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications
Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Strong skills in Behavior Management and implementing behavior intervention plans Experience in Parent Education and coaching caregivers to support therapy goals Knowledge of foundational concepts in Psychology Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred About Us
IMPACT is a BCBA owned company whose focus is on client-centered, clinicaly necessary tretment, prescribing hours for clients that are appropriate and giving reasonable caseload sizes. We offer center-based services for our clients, behavior consultation, parent guidance for families who are on waitlists for ABA services, and social skills groups for children who don't fit the traditional ABA model.
