About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive
Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Contractor
to provide recruiting operations and project management support during a maternity leave coverage.
In this
10-month contract , you’ll play a key role in driving global TA initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple regions. You’ll report directly to the
Global Head of Talent Acquisition
and work closely with HR, IT, Legal, Compensation, and other business partners.
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution
Lead and track progress on global TA operations projects, ensuring deliverables and milestones remain on schedule.
Maintain project trackers and share weekly updates with the Global Head of TA.
Partner cross-functionally with HRIS, HR Operations, Legal, IT, Compensation, Global Mobility, and HRBPs.
Streamline and prioritize TA operations requests to ensure smooth rollout and communication across global teams.
Maintain recruitment standards and best practices across regions for consistency and accountability.
Serve as the main liaison between vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
Manage escalations and new requests related to recruitment tools, background checks, and other vendor services.
Data & Reporting Support
Support global TA teams by leveraging
Power BI
dashboards and
Workday
for data insights and reporting.
Provide analytics to guide operational and strategic talent decisions.
Recruitment Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to global recruitment policies, processes, and compliance standards across all regions.
Scheduling Coordination Oversight
Oversee the TA scheduling process for the U.S., managing a TA Specialist responsible for both virtual and onsite interviews.
General TA Operations Support
Provide hands‑on support for ongoing TA operations activities to ensure successful delivery of global talent priorities.
About You
5+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition Operations ,
HR Operations , or
Project Management , ideally within a global organization.
Prior recruiting experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Experience with
Workday ATS
preferred.
Proven success in cross‑functional collaboration with HRIS, HR Ops, Legal, IT, and Compensation teams.
