As a Junior Recruiter on our team here at TrueML you'll find an entry point into a new career helping drive internal talent acquisition with an industry-leading company.
Here you'll report to the Director of Recruiting and join a handful of recruiting professionals at various stages in their careers, all working together in a collaborative and supportive environment to achieve hiring goals across all of the True brands (TrueML, TrueAccord, and Sentry Credit). You'll have access to the tools & people needed to help you train & learn both the art and science of recruiting.
In this role, you'll own most of the talent acquisition (aka recruiting) activities inside the walls of our Everett, WA based Sentry Credit acquisition.

Do:Manage the end-to-end candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer negotiations and successful clo
se.Build diverse talent pipelines and apply inclusive recruiting practices to attract underrepresented and high-potential tale
nt.Maintain accurate pipeline data and proactively share insights and updates with internal stakeholde
rs.Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and the recruiting team to deliver a streamlined and positive hiring experien
ce.Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for each role in partnership with hiring tea
ms.Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hir
es.Conduct reference checks and support interview coordination, including scheduling panels when need
ed.Source and engage passive and niche candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and too
ls.Track and report on sourcing metrics to assess pipeline health and conversion effectivene
ss.Identify sourcing challenges and recommend strategic solutions to improve outreach and engageme
nt.Leverage your personal recruiting brand and social media presence to attract high-quality candidat
