Executive Communications Specialist – Koniag Data Solutions, LLC
Position located at Stennis Space Center, MS. Requires a Secret Security clearance.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
T5 / Secret Clearance
7+ years of progressive experience in executive communications, or similar roles
Track record of developing effective communications strategies and messaging platforms
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work with engineering diagrams and technical information, translating complex technical concepts into clear visual and written communications for leadership
Experience coordinating with media teams and graphics experts to develop sophisticated presentations
Experience creating and maintaining executive briefing materials and presentations
Experience producing professional publications such as white papers, annual reports, and industry articles
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with executives and cross‑functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Key Responsibilities
Author and present executive‑level briefs and media that effectively communicate complex information to leadership and stakeholders
Create and integrate engineering diagrams and technical visualizations that clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical leadership audiences
Collaborate with media teams and graphics experts to develop sophisticated visual presentations for high‑level briefings and communications
Collaborate with leadership to understand their communication objectives and craft messages that effectively convey their vision and priorities
Create and maintain executive briefing materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements
Manage and coordinate executive communications calendars and content planning
Develop strategic communications plans
