The Team : You will directly work with John Butcher, CEO of the business unit that encompasses Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando, and the executive team responsible for these brands. You will act as an ambassador to John and the company, interacting with internal and external partners and contributing to the Mammoth Brands EA community. About the Role

The Executive Assistant will support John with calendar and travel management and run special projects as needed. This role requires high organization, resourcefulness, and flexibility, including occasional non-traditional hours. Strong business judgment and communication skills are essential to interact with a variety of people and functions. The ideal candidate is eager to grow with the company and build a long-term partnership with the CEO. What you will accomplish

Expertly manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics, providing best-in-class support to John with limited oversight Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems using available resources Coordinate travel itineraries for John’s trips in the US and abroad Prepare for meetings and events with agendas, prep docs, itineraries, reservations, and materials Plan and execute complex leadership offsites Manage event planning and coordination, including venue selection, contracts, vendor management, budgeting, attendee coordination, communications, and day-of execution Own John’s expense reports and ensure timely approvals Engage with the broader Mammoth Brands EA community and assist with back-up coverage Provide light-touch support for John’s family as needed Interact with executives, colleagues, external partners such as investors and the Advisory Board Represent the company positively and embody its values This should describe you
