What You’ll Get To Do
Collaborate with the Capture Manager and core team on proposal execution approach, team staffing, and roles and responsibilities.
Develop efficient and effective proposal execution plans in response to complex solicitations from U.S. Government and other customers.
Lead collaborative, engaged teams to develop, review, and submit proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline while eliminating non-compliances and limiting weaknesses.
Ensure adherence to schedule and continually manage risk to address volatility in proposal requirements and deadlines.
Mentor, coach, and train a proposal team across the division.
Communicate and present concepts and recommendations to all levels within the organization.

Work Schedule The standard work schedule is a 9/80, allowing employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience; Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; or an additional 4 years of related experience.
At least three years of experience training, leading, and directing activities of team members through formal proposal processes.
Experience with U.S. Government acquisition process and federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR).
Experience with regulatory compliance and keen attention to detail.
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application, or a clearance that has lapsed less than 24 months, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years working proposals for U.S. Government customers with at least 3 years in a Proposal Manager role (public value >$50M).
Experience with Department of Defense and Department of Energy customers and proposals.
Active TS U.S. Government security clearance.
At least 1 year leading a team of direct reports or driving performance against schedule.
Salary Primary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00 (general guideline; actual offer may vary based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, and market conditions).
Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long‑term incentives. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results.
