Bentley CAD Manager
MSA Professional Services is seeking a Bentley CAD Manager to lead our digital design delivery and technical support efforts. In this role, you’ll champion the use of Bentley software platforms—including MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, and ProjectWise—to enhance project efficiency, consistency, and innovation.
Location The position can be based at any of our offices in WI, IL, IA, MN or FL.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Bentley CAD standards, templates, and workflows.
Provide technical leadership, training, and support to CAD users and project teams.
Manage system upgrades, licensing, vendor relationships, and related budgets.
Collaborate with Digital Design, Autodesk, and BIM leaders to align company-wide CAD strategies.
Lead process improvements that optimize digital delivery and design performance.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands‑on CAD design experience, including 3D design practices.
Proven expertise with Bentley design products and familiarity with related CAD tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
