Overview Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This world‑renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination unveiled a $1.5 billion expansion on Oct. 24, 2019. The resort features 638 upscale guestrooms in the first‑ever Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and unique swim‑up suites in the adjacent Oasis Tower, 465 newly redesigned guestrooms in Hard Rock Hotel, totaling 1,271 rooms. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and the Digital Marketing Manager, the Internet Website Marketing Specialist produces and updates dynamic and static websites, manages video production and editing, and designs email communications. This includes interior page layouts, content formatting, CSS creation, HTML file conversion from Photoshop documents, custom graphic design, tag management, and tracking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the development and design of web applications, banners and sites.
Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems – publishing content, designing layouts, modifying templates and streamlining navigation.
Continually update all metadata on all websites.
Maintain the Company’s ad server, including upload and scheduling of campaigns, tag creation, and updating creatives.
Maintain and build upon existing web tracking to enable comprehensive business analysis.
Collaborate with social media, promotions, and advertising teams to support goals and success with digital asset placements and tracking.
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with digital advertising, web strategy, reporting, and project management when necessary.
Promote positive public/employee relations; maintain composure and build relationships with guests and team members to encourage repeat patronage and positive word‑of‑mouth.
Adhere to the Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate a commitment to the Company’s Mission and Values, including Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service, including discouragement/prevention of problem gambling and underage gambling/consumption of alcohol.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field required, along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and designing rich media websites. Must possess and present a portfolio of website design and development. Additional qualifications include:
Experience with consumer‑facing technology, websites, platforms, e‑commerce, mobile apps or digital products.
Strong written communication skills, project management and organizational skills, sound decision‑making, and analytical capability.
Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles, design and basic U/X principles.
Experience working with a CMS (Sitecore, WordPress, Vizergy).
Additional Requirements
Advanced experience in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and InDesign.
Expertise in cross‑browser and cross‑platform issues, current web‑design trends, and the ability to research, recommend, and apply new technologies.
Strong passion for creativity and attention to detail; ability to translate existing marketing materials to other media outlets.
Knowledge and experience with SEO and SEM.
Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics preferred.
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational, time management, and follow‑up skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker.
Work Environment
Job duties often require standing, walking, handling tools or materials, reaching, speaking, hearing, tasting or smelling. Frequent lifting or moving up to 50 pounds may be required.
Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
The environment is fast‑paced, often crowded and noisy; exposure to second‑hand smoke and high noise levels may occur.
Effective communication with guests in English is essential.
Closing The Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements; second preference to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes.
