Understanding the intricacies of our products and being able to effectively communicate its value to customers are essential skills that directly contribute to our success in closing deals. Hilton University's comprehensive courses ensure that agents are well‑equipped with this vital knowledge, setting them up for success in their careers.
Qualities and Responsibilities
Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort‑based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
Demonstrate self‑motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E‑worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Possess sales experience.
Active state real‑estate license (if required in state of residence).
Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
