This position can be based out of any of our offices in WI, IL, IA, MN or FL.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Bentley CAD standards, templates, and workflows.
Provide technical leadership, training, and support to CAD users and project teams.
Manage system upgrades, licensing, vendor relationships, and related budgets.
Collaborate with Digital Design, Autodesk, and BIM leaders to align company-wide CAD strategies.
Lead process improvements that optimize digital delivery and design performance.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands‑on CAD design experience, including 3D design practices.
Proven expertise with Bentley design products and familiarity with related CAD tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. MSA is unable to provide or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.
Salary: $79,000 to $126,500 per year, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
