Ingredion is hiring a Sales Manager
to lead the execution of fee-based formulation services in the region. Reporting to the Global Commercial Director, Differentiated Services, this role is key to translating global strategy into regional success, driving revenue, and delivering customer value.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Translate global services strategy into actionable regional plans aligned with local market dynamics and customer needs.
Act as the Services SME, supporting GTM teams in customer engagements and identifying service opportunities.
Lead development and localization of service features in collaboration with global and regional teams.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the services pod, ensuring excellence and customer satisfaction.
Manage regional P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Build strong customer relationships, identifying and solving unique customer challenges.
Represent the region in global forums and contribute to service innovation.
Drive adoption of new service offerings and support change management initiatives.
Collaborate across Ingredion’s product portfolios to deliver comprehensive, texture-centric solutions.
What You Will Bring (Experience And Knowledge)
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B or technical services.
Strong understanding of customer engagement, solution selling, and P&L management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Familiarity with Ingredion’s texture and healthful ingredients is a plus.

Pay Range $120,800.00-$161,066.67 Annual
Incentive Compensation As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
