Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a DSA Inspector / QA-QC / Safety Lead to join our Education & Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate will serve as the District’s lead DSA inspection and quality assurance representative for all bond-funded construction projects. This consultant-level position functions as a permanent, program-wide resource overseeing all project-specific DSA Inspectors of Record (IORs). Responsibilities include coordinating inspection assignments, reviewing IOR reports and hours, verifying completion of required DSA closeout documentation, and ensuring consistency in inspection standards across all projects. In addition to program oversight, this role may perform direct inspections on smaller projects as needed. The position also leads QA/QC and safety management efforts, ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and DSA requirements, while maintaining close coordination with Program Managers and site project teams. Responsibilities

Approved plans and specifications DSA requirements

Maintain close coordination with Program Managers and site project teams to support quality and safety objectives Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent Extensive DSA field inspection experience may substitute for formal education Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in:

Construction inspection Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)

Preferred Certifications/Skills DSA Class 1 or Class 2 Inspector Certification (required) OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification Certified Safety Professional (CSP – optional) Salary Range: $140,000 to $165,000 per year Location: Altadena, CA Work Environment: Onsite Our Company
