Growth Product Manager, Ecommerce (Shopify) ISSA is seeking a Growth Product Manager for Ecommerce (Shopify).

This is a 100% remote role, but you must reside in an ISSA-eligible state: AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MN, NC, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI.

We are adding a

Growth Product Manager, Ecommerce (Shopify)

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will own the e‑commerce growth engine, drive measurable revenue through rapid experimentation, and scale best‑in‑class growth practices across the funnel.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, engineering, and operations to execute strategies that improve conversion, reduce acquisition costs, and accelerate revenue. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product and partners cross‑functionally to deliver business‑critical growth outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, makes data‑driven decisions, and knows how to turn insights into growth.

So What’s the Job?

Own the Growth Roadmap: Define and execute strategies focused on revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Run High‑Velocity Experiments: Design, launch, and analyze tests across acquisition (paid, referral, SEO), pricing, checkout, and lifecycle marketing.

Prototype and Launch Quickly: Use no‑code and automation tools (such as Shoplift, Zapier, or scripts) to validate ideas and deploy experiments rapidly.

Optimize Conversion and Monetization: Increase visit‑to‑checkout conversion, average order value (AOV), and bookings per visit by improving the purchase journey and removing friction.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and operations to align experiments with campaigns and business goals.

Leverage Data for Insights: Monitor performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and act on findings to improve CAC and revenue per visit.

Stay Current on Trends: Apply emerging e‑commerce, acquisition, and optimization strategies to keep ISSA ahead of the market.

Conversion Impact:

Significant improvements in visit‑to‑checkout conversion and bookings per visit driven by systematic experimentation.

Acquisition Efficiency:

Measurable reductions in CAC through optimized acquisition channels, pricing strategies, and funnel performance.

Testing Velocity:

A repeatable, high‑velocity experimentation program that consistently generates actionable insights and scalable wins.

Revenue Outcomes:

Tangible contribution to revenue growth through end‑to‑end funnel ownership and optimization.

What Is ISSA Looking For?

3+ years of experience

in e‑commerce growth, product experimentation, or related roles.

Proven success running growth experiments with material impact on revenue, conversion, or CAC.

Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and analytics platforms.

Hands‑on experience with no‑code, automation, or lightweight experimentation tools.

Ownership of an e‑commerce product or channel with direct revenue accountability.

Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Customer‑first mindset with a clear understanding of how experience drives conversion.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fitness, wellness, or online education industries

SEO and organic growth expertise

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)

Experience scaling subscription or recurring revenue products
